Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Download and install the application, then click the Advanced Menu. Scroll down until you see the application then attempt a force removal process. This should wipe the application from your computer.
